We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Devich Webshop. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or through our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit and include the RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may offer a partial refund or refuse the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may need to return the original item (as per the return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Custom-made or personalized orders (unless defective)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
